PROJECT: Venture X is an up and coming Flexible Workspace Provider in North America. Opening in early 2021, the Arlington, Virginia location exemplifies their high-quality brand encompassing flexible space, built-in amenities, and state of the art technology.

This was also a very special project for Line Systems as it marked the official project debut in the USA.

Opening in 2021 forced the design thinking of this project to have COVID19 as a hot topic, meaning increased m² per user and hospital grade ventilation systems. Line Systems helped in the former with the stylish Glass Slim and Glass Slim Factory Edition Demountable Single Glazed Walls and our revolutionary WOD Glass Slim (Sliding Doors) with 50mm Framed Single Glazed Door Leafs.

The WOD Doors were extremely beneficial for the project as it allowed for over 1.5 m² of area saved per door but also allowed the integration of an Electromagnetic Lock and access control system
